Most hybrid teas will re-bloom in 7 to 8 weeks. Prune now, early September, if you want lots of blooms towards the end of October. You can also still fertilize with a water soluble fertilizer or some type of organic fertilizer, e.g., Mills Magic Mix, alfalfa pellets, Espoma Plant Tone, cottonseed meal.
