Events Next Meeting

This month’s meeting will be on Saturday, August 15th.

Roses are the quintessential cut flower.  Most of us love sharing our roses with others.  What flower is also a fabulous cut flower, but sometimes a challenge to grow?  Dahlias!  This month’s speaker is Melissa Smith, co-owner of Fraylick Farms in Travelers Rest and an expert Dahlia and cut flower grower.  She will present her program “Dahlias for Beginners”.  So if you have tried to grow Dahlias in the past but were disappointed with the results, you will enjoy this program from someone who knows how to grow Dahlias in our hot and humid climate.

Our usual Meeting time is from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, we meet in the Youth room, which is on Manly St, next to the main sanctuary.
