Your roses are waking up! If you haven’t pruned them yet, get that pruning done, asap. Remove all leaves with black spots. Prune out the dead and any crossing canes. Generally, you can prune back by 1/3 depending on the type of rose. Come to a Greenville Rose Society meeting in March and we can give you specific information regarding your roses. Wait until the beginning of April to fertilizer your roses.
