Rose leaves are starting to grow. Spring arrives officially on March 20th, the forsythia is starting to bloom. It’s time to prune your roses. If you have established hybrid teas, prune them down approximately 1/3 down from the top, e.g., if the bush is 6 foot tall, prune it down to 4 feet.
